We only collect what you type into our forms:

• Admission inquiry: parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, the child's name, the class applied for, and your message.
• Teacher application: your full name, email address, phone number, subject, years of experience, qualifications and cover letter.
• A record that you gave consent, and the date and time of your submission.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors. To protect the forms and admin login from abuse, our server keeps your IP address for at most 24 hours to limit repeated attempts; it is not stored with your submission and is deleted automatically.

Admission inquiries include a child's name and class. We only accept these details from a parent or legal guardian, who confirms this and gives consent when submitting the form. We use a child's details only to respond to the admission inquiry, and never for tracking, behavioural monitoring or advertising.

• To reply to your admission inquiry or review your job application.
• To send you a confirmation email that we received your form.
• To contact you about next steps you have asked for, such as a campus visit.

We use your data only for these purposes, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form.

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that run this website for us, under their data-protection terms:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• MongoDB Atlas — secure database where form submissions are stored.
• Resend — sends the notification and confirmation emails.
• Google — only if you choose to load the map on our Contact page (see Cookies below).

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

• Admission inquiries: up to 12 months after the inquiry, or until the admission process for that session ends, whichever is later.
• Teacher applications: up to 12 months after you apply.

After that, we delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If your child joins the school, admission records are then handled under the school's student-records process.

• Essential: your theme (light/dark) and language choice are saved in your browser so the site remembers them. Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a secure login cookie. These do not need consent.
• Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies. We only load it if you choose "Allow Google Maps" or click "Show map".

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised school staff can view submissions, through a password-protected admin area.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to erase it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done).
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a grievance with us, as described below.
